Refund Policy Safari Pedals (Safari Audio Ltd.)

Once you purchase a product from Safari Pedals, the following refund terms apply:

1. 14-Day Refund Window (Unused Products Only)
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase as long as the product has not been activated yet.

2. Activation Ends Eligibility
Once a plugin is activated — or once 14 days have passed — the purchase becomes final and is no longer eligible for a refund.

3. Technical Issues
If you run into technical issues, our team will help you troubleshoot and resolve them.
Technical problems on supported systems/DAWs are not considered valid grounds for a refund.

4. How to Request a Refund

Include the following details:

• Your order number

• The email address used during checkout

5. Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed within 48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow up to 5 business days for funds to appear in your account.
